XPawn Inc. (“XPawn”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information on our website and when you book time with us.
For GDPR/UK GDPR purposes: consent (when you book or submit a form) and legitimate interests (scheduling, responding, site security, and service operation).
We use service providers (processors) to operate our services. These may include:
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we add analytics or new processors, we will update this policy before they go live.
We don’t run third-party analytics or ads. Our scheduler may set essential cookies to operate the booking flow. If we add non-essential cookies in the future, we’ll present a consent choice and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
Booking records and related emails are retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete sooner or we must retain them longer for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
Your information may be processed outside Canada (e.g., the United States) by our processors. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as SCCs) and take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information. You can also object to certain processing or ask for portability where applicable.
If you are in California, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA (e.g., to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of “sale”/“sharing”—which we do not perform). We honor GPC signals when applicable.
Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Our website may link to third-party sites or services not operated by XPawn. Their content and privacy practices are their own. Once you leave our site, your use is governed by the destination’s terms and policies—we recommend reviewing them.
We’ll post updates here and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted for a reasonable period.
